DISPLAY BOX CRATES - MADE TO ORDER
Our versatile range of solid timber crates and boxes builds into a complete display system. You are able to link and stack. It is a system built up of individual wooden modules which creates a unique display that can continue to be added to. All our units are built on a jig, which means they match and fit together.

We always endeavour to use the highest quality joinery timber, which is why our box units and displays. All our products are sanded and finished before we apply our NGR wood stains.
We guarantee our products for 1 year. While I'm sure you'll be delighted with choosing Cornish Crate company products, please bear in mind they are rustic and a shabby chic display system and there will be blemishes. They are now meant to be a high quality finish product and the prices reflect the manufacture and design.
FINISHED TO ORDER
Your product will always be received in one of our wood stained finishes. Our shelving units are made to order here in Cornwall. We spray our Cornish Crates with your choice of 4 standard finishes in a single coat meaning the wood grain and imperfections may show through. The crate may also suffer the odd scratch or bump in transit but we are delighted to supply tins of touch up quick drying stain. You may also select from our larger range of bespoke colours, ask for details.
Gallery
The NGR wood stains we use are good for indoor use and most outdoor uses and is also good for the environment. We can quote for bespoke finishes, though these are only practical for larger orders and have an added cost. Alternatively, we can supply our products in in the raw (unfinished) wood for you to colour and finish.
Delivery Options
- New Image manufacture, finish and assemble your crates at our factory in Cornwall.
- The units come to you assembled and ready to go, saving you assembly time and cost at site.
- We deliver most orders ourselves, within Cornwall and Devon.
- For longer distances, all crates are bubble-wrapped and carefully shipped on solid pallets.
Manufacturing with Natural Materials
Small imperfections such as sap lines and splits are to be expected with this product. To our minds, such natural imperfections further enhance the crate style and character.
